David Sufrin shares the Aboriginal Math Connections made through an assignment created for student teachers. The goal of this assignment was to have student teachers create an integrated activity unit for Elementary students that connected math with Aboriginal culture and language. Examples include: spearfishing and picking, identifying, counting, estimating and graphing berries.
