Over the past three years, Annie Simard and Sandra Fox partnered with Megan Hanna and other VSB teachers to explore how Indigenous stories can inspire mathematical thinking. Guided by Indigenous Storywork principles, they’ve immersed themselves in diverse Indigenous narratives, sparking innovative math explorations in their classrooms.
