Abstract: “Jenna, a young Native American girl, longs to carry on her family’s legacy of jingle dancing. With the next powwow approaching, her heart beats in rhythm with the drums, yearning to join the vibrant dance tradition. However, a challenge stands in her way – her jingle dress, the very embodiment of the dance, remains unadorned.”

Indigenous Connections: Cynthia Leitich Smith is a citizen of the Muscogee Nation.
