Culturally Responsive

The Centre for Education in Mathematics and Computing (CEMC) has developed a resource titled “Problems with Purpose,” featuring math questions for grades 4 to 12. These real-world problems tackle issues like sustainable fishing, polar bear populations, clean water access, and bird safety. Additionally, in collaboration with Dr. Edward Doolittle, the collection includes Cree language word puzzles.
